Our picturesque 80 unit community is located in the beautiful Fox River Valley. Scenic views, trails, and city parks offer an opportunity for strolling or bike riding with family and friends.
Our community offers maintenance free living for middle income seniors 55 years of age and older. Each one or two bedroom residence has its own furnace and air conditioning unit, washer, dryer, and oversized patio or terrace. Residences range in size from 645 to 1,542 sq. ft.
The common areas are an "extension" of your home, including a community dining room, private dining room, coffee shop, wellness room, woodworking, hobby shop, craft room, billiards room, library, guest room, and beauty/barber shop. The community has under-building climate controlled parking and individual storage areas. Also included is a 24-hour emergency response system, entry security, scheduled transportation for shopping and doctors appointments, and optional dining. On staff is a full-time Executive Director who serves to coordinate activities and building management.
We are a not for profit community governed by a resident board of directors and managed by Essex Corporation of Omaha, Nebraska.
Residents pay a one time refundable entrance fee and or supplemental fee that is refunded upon transfer to another qualified resident. There is a monthly charge associated with each floor plan that is determined by the square footage.
