Cedar Ridge Health and Rehab Center is a 116-bed facility that offers our residents a unique environment. We focus on providing our residents with the best care and services each and every day. We have highly trained and dedicated staff that strives to "Be the Miracle" in the lives of our residents.
Cedar Ridge Health and Rehab Center is located in historic Lebanon, Illinois and we are easy to get to! We are located approximately 20 minutes from St. Elizabeth's and Memorial Hospital as well as being only 25 minutes from the St. Louis area.
Our nursing staff is compassionate and caring. We have an outstanding therapy program that truly adds to the quality of life for our residents. Our Activities Department offers our residents a wide variety of stimulating activities that our residents love!
