Welcome to Christian Life Retirement Centers,consisting of six senior living complexes located
in Illinois.

CLRC provides quality, affordable apartment living for low income seniors.
Our mission is to provide our residents with a living environment that will allow them to feel safe, respected and comfortable in a caring Christian atmosphere.

Amenities
A beautiful environment especially designed with seniors in mind, it
provides for comfort, convenience and has a friendly and helpful staff to
assist you with your needs. Additionally, some examples of the amenities
offered include:

Community rooms for parties,meetings and gatherings
Secure entry system with close circuit TV on the front entrance and throughout the building

On-site coin-operated laundry rooms

CLRC (Christian Life Retirement Center) is operated under the HUD
Section 8, 202 Program and is specifically designed with seniors in
mind who are able to live with or without supportive services.

Under this program, the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has limited admission to our facilities to those who are 62 and older. In addition, you must be in the “very low” annualincome group, defined by HUD below.

Your income includes Social Security, Pensions, Annuities, etc.,income from Employment, Rental Income and any interest you collect on assets. Your rent is calculated at 30% of your adjusted income.
Current HUD defined income limits are as follows:

Rockford & Loves Park:
Gross annual income cannot exceed $22,300 for a single person, and $25,500 for a couple.

Sterling:
Gross annual income cannot exceed $19,450 for a single person, and $22,250 for a couple.

North Aurora:
Gross annual income cannot exceed $26,400 for a single person, and $30,150 for a couple.

Harvest Hills:
Gross annual income cannot exceed $19,950 for a single person, and $22,800 for a couple.
