Concordia Village is a Lutheran Senior Services retirement community of 32 spacious senior living apartments in Springfield, Illinois and will soon offer a full continuum of care.
Located two miles north of I-72 off Illinois Route 4, Concordia Village is now expanding into a full continuing care retirement community. The first phase of development, to be completed in the summer of 2009, includes independent senior living apartments and patio homes, assisted living apartments and an amenities-filled clubhouse. In future expansions, a state-of-the-art Care Center will be completed, making Concordia Village the premier senior living community in central Illinois.
Continuum of Care
Soon, Concordia Village will be a continuing care retirement community, which means that independent living, residential care, memory care and skilled nursing care will be available within the Concordia Village neighborhood.
Concordia Village currently features 32 spacious senior living apartments.

New Senior Living Apartments and Patio Homes.
Spacious new senior living apartments and patio homes will feature fully equipped kitchens, washers and dryers (stackable or side-by-side), walk-in showers and a wireless, 24-hour emergency communication system. Amenities will include housekeeping, scheduled transportation and restaurant-style dining.
Licensed Assisted Living
Concordia Village will soon feature new private assisted living apartments, where residents will be able to enjoy assistance with daily living while maintaining their independence. Our assisted living apartments will offer help with personal care, medication assistance, housekeeping and an open dining plan.
Future Expansion
Skilled Nursing
When completed, the new skilled nursing neighborhood will feature 24-hour professional care in a compassionate environment. This program will feature personalized care in home-like settings, with full service therapies for both short-term stays and long-term residency.
Memory Care
Concordia Village's future memory care neighborhood will be the site of a person-centered program designed specifically to meet the needs of individuals with early to mid-stage Alzheimer’s and other related memory impairments.
