Because the building was constructed under an agreement with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) specifically designed for low-income residents, a resident living alone can have a yearly income of no more than $13,100.00, and two people living together may have a yearly income of no more than $14,950.00. Your rent will be approximately thirty percent (30%) of the adjusted monthly income of all residents in the unit.
