Spacious, Carefree Living
The design and architecture of our two-story Victorian mansion are indicative of the premium we place on attention to detail, convenience, and spaciousness. Our studio and one-bedroom apartments include 10-foot ceilings, large floor areas, private baths, kitchenettes, individually controlled air-conditioning and heating, an emergency call system, smoke detection, sprinkler systems, and fire-resistant construction. All apartment styles include wall-to-wall carpeting, window treatments and decorative lights. Residents may bring their personal furnishings as well.

Residents find an easy and comfortable lifestyle at The Grand Victorian, underscored by the absence of long hallways. The warm, friendly atmosphere is accentuated by sitting areas strategically located near groups of apartments providing residents with convenient settings for relaxing with neighbors. Just a short stroll from these well appointed social areas, our elegant dining room beckons for three sumptuously prepared meals served restaurant-style every day.

The elegant lifestyle at The Grand Victorian is also free of care. Our capable staff ably handles all the chores of daily life. We also assist with day-to-day personal activities *, medication management*, housekeeping and laundry service* and, with the exception of personal telephone and television, all utilities are included.

Assisted Living Care
Assisted living services are available at three care levels. Care Level I includes nighttime checks, assistance with dressing and bathing, meal reminders, laundry and light housekeeping as well as general observation and supervision, 24-hour emergency response, and monthly wellness checks.

Care Level II includes morning and afternoon care, nighttime checks with bladder and bowel, meal and escort assistance, laundry and light housekeeping, medication assistance and emergency response, as well as monthly wellness checks, in-and-out bath assistance, general supervision and observation, minor incontinence care and assistance with dressing and undressing.

Care Level III includes morning and afternoon checks, laundry and light housekeeping, medication assistance, emergency response, monthly wellness checks and bathing assistance two to three times per week after incontinence, meal escort and assistance with meal, assistance with dressing and undressing, incontinence care, morning and afternoon partials and care including oral hygiene and shaving, monitoring of intake and output daily.

Extra charges for ACCU checks and medical supplies apply.

Amenities and Activities
Residents at The Grand Victorian will find they can enjoy much more than just the basics of everyday living. Our facilities are designed to nurture both mind and body and our slate of activities and amenities promise to provide joy and fulfillment.

At the first floor level, the community offers comfortable living rooms with fireplaces, a well equipped game room, a fitness center with spa, a library, a putting green, a walking path, a secure patio area, a beauty/barber shop, a quaint café/ice cream parlor, a four-season porch, porches around the entire perimeter of the building and planting gardens for residents with green thumbs.

Reachable by elevator or grand staircase, the second floor provides residents with more comfortably furnished sitting rooms, a movie theater, an activity room with kitchen, a health/wellness office, a computer center, and a chapel for worship.

In addition, there are concierge and banking services, recreational events and regularly scheduled social events, including birthday and holiday celebrations, as well as shuttle bus transportation for both personal and group use.
