Independent Living Options
Independent living options at Snyder Village include apartments and cottages. There are 41 apartments and 146 cottages located on our beautiful campus in Metamora, IL. Potential residents have a choice of five different cottage designs based on total living spoace or clients may opt to custom build a cottage using their own floor plan or by modifying a current design. Amenities such as an extra garage or basement are also available. The unique financing for an apartment or cottage requires a set entrance fee and guarantees an equity refund paid to the resident or his/her estate upon exiting the cottage or apartment.
Worry-Free Living
One of the biggest benefits of retirement living in our community is the worry-free maintenance of your home- no more lawn mowing, yard work, or snow shoveling. Any needed repairs are taken care of by our capable maintenance staff. They are available on weekends and on call around the clock.
