Anyone who is 55 years or older may apply for residence at St. Augustine Manor. Under the direction of 24 hour on-site professional management, St. Augustine Manor has become one of the most respected retirement communities in downstate Illinois. The magnificent Manor itself is a stately six-story building situated on six acres of park-like grounds. It contains over 65 apartments, ranging from studio units to two-bedroom units. Our studio apartments contain a living and bedroom combination, plus a closet and private bathroom. Our one-bedroom apartments contain a comfortable living room, separate bedroom, closet, and private bathroom. Many also contain efficiency kitchens. Our two-bedroom apartments contain a spacious living room with a lovely dining area and efficiency kitchen, spacious closets, and a private bathroom.
