Qualifying Criteria
WoodRidge Supportive Living Residence is a participant in the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services Supportive Living Program - a program designed as an alternative to skilled nursing care which brings affordable housing and a wide array of services to seniors 65 and older.
* Must be 65 years or older.
* May not have a serious or persistent mental illness.
* Must have negative Tuberculosis test result completed within last 90 days.
* Private pay rates available.
* Financial assistance available.
*Some restrictions apply. Pharmacy, personal telephone and cable television are not included.
