We began our quest into senior living because of our love for a beloved family member whose needs became too great for us to manage. We recognized that creating an environment of home and happiness supported by loving and certified, trained caregivers would help her more than we could alone. Let us be frank—we did this for Mary. But as we began to see all the other people out there, equally as precious to their families, equally as needing as Mary, we devoted our lives to serving them just as Mary had served us for so many years.

While Bickford Independent Living offers a wide-range of services and amenities from personalized apartments to restaurant quality meals, our genuine intent is to create an environment that eliminates the mundane and gives expression to personal choice. We want to know each and every person's unique life story so we can anticipate their desires and requests. Additionally, we provide an atmosphere of community, encouraging everyone to participate in the activities of their personal preference. We also provide the peace of mind that if an unanticipated need arises, we can offer the care required, including Assisted Living, if needed.
