Garden Place is a group of independent and assisted living communities for older adults who lead a full life of independence, freedom and privacy with the security of a helping hand close by. Individuals join Garden Place communities for senior-friendly apartments, caring employees and welcoming neighbors.
Residents who join Garden Place communities embark on the beginning of a new chapter in their lives. It is no longer necessary for seniors to compromise their independence in exchange for peace of mind. At Garden Place, they have the best of both worlds.
Residents are encouraged to continue hobbies and friendships held prior to joining the community, as well as create new relationships with those around. Together, residents of Garden Place enrich one other’s lives and make a difference within their own community.
Peace of Mind
Garden Place offers Independent Living and Assisted Living. All three Garden Place communities allow residents to enjoy security and safety while maintaining independence and dignity. Garden Place offers an on-site, 24-hour attendant, who is available with the push of a button.
Assisted living vs. Independent living
Garden Place independent living communities (Millstadt IL and Red Bud, IL) offer services to provide reminders and assistance for tasks such as medications, ambulation, bathing and dressing. Garden Place will provide oversight to be sure tasks are completed correctly and completely.
Garden Place assisted living community (Columbia, IL) offers services to provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living. Assisted living is licensed by the State of Illinois.
The experienced staff of Garden Place will help evaluate which option is right for each resident.
