The Vines at Countryside is uniquely owned and operated by registered nurses. We are a small, Sheltered Care Home licensed by the State of Illinois, dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors in our community. Sheltered care is for seniors who do not require skilled nursing care, but do need assistance, and/or supervision in meeting their daily needs. We are committed to offer excellent, professional care in a safe, pleasant, social environment. Our intimate setting promotes a sense of independence, dignity and respect.

Our affordable monthly rate includes the following:
* Private or semi-private rooms with private bathroom
* Nursing supervision 12 plus hours per day, everyday
* 24 hour staffing and security
* Assistance with all personal care when needed
* Medication assistance
* 3 delicious home-cooked meals, and snacks, every day
* An extensive, daily activity program
* A custom motor coach for outings and special events
* Religious services
* Country setting with a screen house, patio and walking path
* Laundry service
* Beauty/Barber shop on premise
* Podiatrist, Optometrist, Laboratory and portable X-Ray available on premise
* Physical/Occupational and Speech therapy availability
* Individualized service plans designed to meet each resident’s needs and desires
